- Relaxing bath, using high quality shampoos selected specifically to the needs of your dog.
- Brush out any knots and tangles.
- Ear care.
- Trimming of sanitary areas.
- Blow dry.
- Styling: Breed specific or to your requirements.
- Finished with a gorgeous fragranced spray.
Wee-Wees Please
Please ensure your dog has had an adequate chance to relieve itself before your appointment.
If your dog defecates or urinates during the grooming process and requires a second bath you will be charged appropriately.

Bookings & Cancellations Policy
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to rearrange your dog's appointment. As long as this is done with more than 48 hours notice there will be no charge.
Any failure to show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee being payable and no further appointments booked until the account is settled. Cancellations between 24-48 hrs will be charged at half the appointment fee.
If there are more than 2 occasions of no show/late cancellations within a 12 month period you will be required to pre-pay for appointments at time of booking.
